The only full-time mule restoration shop in the world!

Our mules are complete mules as released by USMC. They are not created out of used parts, and they are very low-hour mules.

They were put into “mothball” by the Military. Therefore, when you buy a military mule from us, you are its first civilian owner.

In our facilities located in Hamilton, Montana, we take each machine out of “mothball” and follow a long and thorough restoration process. We unseal the previously sealed openings; we inspect and disassemble each machine to determine its needs. Each engine is removed from the mule and installed on a test stand, where it is checked.

A new carburetor and fuel pump are installed on each and every engine as well as any other necessary parts needed to bring the mule to its original optimal performance.

We then transfer the mule to the rotisserie, we replace any questionable parts, and we install a 12 V electric system with starter, alternator, battery and lights, front and rear, to create a reconditioned unit that will give you dependable service.

PARTIAL LIST OF OUR 10-PAGE INSPECTION: Vehicle is disassembled and pressure washed. Small parts are cleaned in an automatic parts washer. Mule bed is sandblasted to bare metal, primed, and painted with USMC coating. All fluids are drained. Drop axle assembly is opened and inspected. Engine is removed. New carburetor and fuel pump are installed. Magneto is reconditioned. Compression is checked. New spark plugs are installed. Engine is tested on stand. Clutch and pressure plate are inspected and adjusted. Brakes are removed and inspected; new brake springs are installed. New seals are installed throughout the vehicle. Transmission is checked. Full electric system is added. Pieces are painted, then reassembled.
